Shipping policy

Eligible orders will be shipped between 10am-3:30pm on the specific day selected from Tuesday -Saturday. Delivery time will depend on volume of orders that day, however if you have a time request, please call us on 03 8201 7173 and we will endeavour to meet your request. A notification will be sent via email when the order is "ready for shipment" "out for delivery" and "delivered". If the receiver is not present to receiver the order, we will call the receiver or sender for instruction. If there is no answer, the item will be left in a safe, dry and shady place and a notification will be sent. If there is no safe place for the item to be left, it will be returned to Platter Pantry and we will wait for a response/ try to get in touch again. We take pride in our professional delivery service and will be sure each and every parcel is delivered with care.
